The thin film and semiconductor physics group at the Science
Institute University of Iceland and the Department of Physics and Astronomy at
the
Qualifications
• The student must have completed a MSc degree or an
equivalent degree in physics or electrical engineering.
• Experience with one or more of the following fields is required: Thin film growth, characterisation and
clean-room fabrication and/or Mössbauer spectroscopy.
• Ability to work independently and responsibly is
essential.
• Good communication skills and excellent English
skills are required.
