I am working on Experimental Semiconductor Physics, utilizing CEMS to study the iron-silicium phases formed at the surface of Si single crystals, with various teqniques. Also using ⁵⁷Mn⁺ ions produced at the ISOLDE facilities at CERN to study various aspects of semiconductors.
